  • Empower You Workshop

    Tuesdays 13:00 – 15:00 A great way to build (or rebuild) your confidence is through drama. Our Empower You workshop uses a mixture of games and role plays to help your self-esteem and confidence grow. It’s also a great way to meet new people and have some fun!

    We offer support to all woman who have suffered any form of domestic abuse, whether it was weeks, months or years ago.
